The custom design process is a fun and incredibly creative experience that is a journey that starts with an idea and travels to the final one-of-a-kind piece of art that is produced just for you.  Jonathan’s has decades of experience creating thousands of exceptional pieces that are produced with great consideration in meeting your personal preferences and budget.  You can select from the vast array of stones and metals that we have available to work with.  We will work together to determine the proportions that work best for the piece.  Our goal is to always create a piece that reflects who you are and aligns with your lifestyle.

The process begins with a design consultation to discuss, stones, metals and budget.  Jonathan’s master jewelers will then create design options exclusive for you, whether drawn by hand, via CAD technology, or both. 

We then review the highlights and details of the design and adjust the creation to include any changes you would like to see.  When you are satisfied with the final design, our jewelers produce a wax model that is the actual model of the finished piece.  This process includes you in all the fun and beauty of the creative process, while allowing you to make any last-minute changes you want before the final step of casting is complete.  Finally, we cast the wax model into precious metal, setting the stones you have selected and finishing the piece into your one-of-a-kind work of art. 

We are very focused on the creative process including your input every step along the journey to ensure your artwork exceeds what you had in mind.  All custom pieces are delivered with an appraisal, including photographs, and our work is guaranteed for one year.
